SHIPPING POLICY

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch and delivery from the date that you place your order. If you are ordering a bespoke piece, please allow about 2-3 weeks from the date that you place your order until your jewellery is dispatched.

UK DELIVERY  

Delivery costs £6.00 per order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Delivery costs £10.00 per order. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from the date of dispatch.

* Please note that delivery times are dependant on the stock availability of your item. Dispatch times will be shown clearly on each product page and at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Your parcel will need a signature on arrival, so unfortunately we cannot send to an unmanned PO BOX.*

RETURN POLICY

  • EMAIL YD at info@yuliyadan.com and we will send you a form to complete. 

  • Securely package your item/s in it's original box. 

  • UK & International customers, please note we do not yet provide free returns therefore the responsibility of returning your item is at the cost of the customer.

  • Return the item to us via a secure, trackable service. 

  • YD does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

PAYMENT METHOD

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider - Stripe, that accepts all major debit and credit cards and various currencies.

YD is an ethical brand. Every item in our "Silver Pendants" collection is handmade, fair-trade and made with good thought and love. "Poetic&Dirty" vintage collection gives an old item a new life, fighting the "fast-fashion" culture of consumption. 

YD is about quality over quantity and produces only limited amount of products per year.
